Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, and the service we offer, a refund must be approved by management and based on finished product not meeting the design and quoted specifications. There are no refunds over finished products that do meet the specifications mentioned in our workorder.
A workorder is always provided and must be presented to request a refund based on the above reasons.
In accordance with our merchant’s services contract, refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method. If for any reason the original debit/credit card is no longer available, it’s the customer’s responsibility to request their bank to arrange for refund funds to be re-routed to an active account.
No refund will be executed to other than the original debit/credit card and there are no cash refunds.
