Numancia

Numancia is a very well-known Colombian artist with a very unique collection of art that goes from Bateas to paintings.

Her wood Bateas (painted wood bowls) are very colorful and express the way Colombians look at life. Manually Carved, sanded and painted, each one is very unique. The final epoxy resin layer protects them, making it possible to display them as art pieces or actually use them for food, salads, or snacks in a very distinctive way.

Color is all in life. It allows us to fully use our visual senses and translate them into emotions and memories. Each color has its own very personal meaning.
